Project Name: Klondike/McDaniel Mill Round-About Project

Project Scope/Description: This project scope reconstructed Klondike Road/McDaniel Mill Road/Hurst
Road, in Rockdale County. The project relocated Klondike Road to a new intersection approximately 500
feet south of the existing intersection. Approximately 2500 feet of Klondike Road was relocated as part
of this project on both sides of the new intersection. The relocated intersection was constructed as a
single-lane roundabout. The typical section includes 12-foot lanes and a 10’ rural shoulder, except for
the roundabout approaches and McDaniel Mill north of the roundabout, which has curb and gutter and
a 5-foot sidewalk. The total length of the project is 0.81 miles. This project is located in unincorporated
Rockdale County, approximately 3 miles east of the City of Conyers.
Construction Start Date: July 22, 2020
Construction Completion Date: January 21, 2022
Construction Duration: 18 months

Project Name: Granade Rd. Sidewalk

Project Scope/Description: This project/contract consists of 0.9 miles of clearing & grubbing, grading, sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt, roadway, widening, striping & signal installation work along Grenade Road starting at SR 138/ Stockbridge Hwy and ending approximately 1400 ft north of Park Walk SW.

Construction Start Date: January 3, 2022

Construction Completion Date: December 16, 2022

Construction Duration: 12 months

Project Name: Sigman Rd. Widening, Phase IV and Multiuse Path

Project Scope/Description: Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the reconstruction of Sigman Road, in Rockdale County. The project will widen and improve approximately 1.26 miles of Sigman Road from just east of Lester Road to just east of Irwin Bridge Road. Sigman Road would be widened from two lanes to four 12-ft. travel lanes with a 20-ft raised median. The left shoulder will consist of an 18-ft urban shoulder with a 10-ft concrete multi-use path and the right shoulder will consist of 12-ft urban shoulder with 5-ft concrete sidewalk. There will be signals installed at the intersection of Sigman Rd @ Rockbridge Road; and Sigman Road @ Irwin Bridge Road. P.I.#0012886 is for the construction of the 10-ft concrete multi-use path on the north side of Sigman Road. This project is located in central Rockdale County and partially in the City of Conyers.

Construction Completion Date: March 17, 2023 (730 days from the NTP date)

Project Name: SPLOST 4A

Project Scope/Description: 24.4 Miles of Roadway Rehabilitation, including Full Depth Reclamation, Asphaltic Concrete Patching Variable Depth Milling, Open Interlayer, Leveling & Resurfacing on Numerous Roadways.

Project Name: Rockbridge Rd. Bridge Replacement

Project Scope/Description: Construction on 0.129 miles to include clearing & grubbing, grading, sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt, bridge replacement & striping on Rockbridge Road over Lake Capri.

Construction Completion Date: October 31, 2022 (180 days from the NTP date)

Project Name: Farmer Rd. – Frontier Connector

Project Scope/Description: The purpose of the project is to provide roadway design plans and a construction cost estimate to Rockdale County. The project will provide a new location connector road between Farmer Road and Crossland Drive approximately 900 ft long.
