Magistrate Court Judges & Staff

The Magistrate Court of Rockdale County is served by Chief Magistrate Judge Phinia Aten, who was elected in 2012, to a four-year term, and Magistrate Judges Cindy Stacey and Garland Moore, who were appointed by the Chief Magistrate Judge. Patricia Carreker is the Magistrate Court’s Clerk of Court. Ms.Carreker was appointed by the Chief Magistrate Judge. The Clerk’s Office of the Magistrate Court is a separate and distinct operation from the Clerk’s Office of the State and Superior Courts.
