County Clerk

The Rockdale County Clerk is appointed and reports to the County Commission Chairman. The County Clerk serves as the custodian of all records approved by the Board of Commissioners, including meeting minutes, resolutions, ordinances, and contracts. The County Clerk additionally serves as the liaison between County offices and the public and the County Attorney’s Office.

To obtain a certified copy of any record approved by the Board of Commissioners, contact the County Clerk directly.
