In accordance with Section 238-4 Amendments, Mr. Boyce Cornwell (Applicant), is requesting to rezone property from R-1 (Single family Residential) to M-1 (Limited Industrial zoning district upon property located at 1556 Sigman Road, Conyers, GA, and otherwise known as Parcel No. 041001016K. The subject property is approximately 0.97 acres and the proposed use is for automotive repair and body work.

The Planning Commission recommended Approval for M-1 zoning with conditions.

In accordance with Section 238-4 Amendments, Mr. Boyce Cornwell (Applicant), is requesting to rezone property from R-1 (Single family Residential) to M-1 (Limited Industrial zoning district upon property located at 1556 Sigman Road, Conyers, GA, and otherwise known as Parcel No. 041001016K. The Planning Commission recommended Approval for M-1 zoning with conditions.

In accordance with Section 202-6, Relationship to the Comprehensive Plan, James and Linda Hardin (Applicant), are requesting an amendment to the Future Land Use Map classification from Residential to Commercial designation upon property located at 964 Smyrna Road, Conyers, GA, and otherwise known as Parcel No.024001014A. The subject property is approximately .836 acres and the proposed use of the adorning property.

The Planning Commission recommended Denial of the amendment to the Future Land Use Map to remain consistent with intent.

In accordance with Section 238-4 Amendments, James and Linda Hardin (Applicant), are requesting to rezone property from R-1 (Single family Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district upon property located at 694 Smyrna Road, Conyers, GA, and otherwise known as Parcel No. 024001014A. The subject property is approximately.836 acres for use of the adjoining property.

The Planning Commission recommended Denial of the rezoning application to remain consistent with the intent of the FLUM.
