ROCKDALE COUNTY, Ga. – In an effort to educate the community and keep the momentum towards achieving a complete count for the 2020 U.S. Census, Rockdale County Chairman, Oz Nesbitt, Sr., will host a conference call with local clergy on Wed., May 27 at 3 p.m.

The phone number for participants to call is (701) 802-5410. Once dialed in, participants should enter in the Access Code: 4042664 followed by the “#” sign. After announcing their first and last name, we would ask that participants mute their phone to prevent feedback and background noise.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the U.S. Census Bureau has adjusted 2020 Census operations to protect the health and safety of the American public, Census Bureau employees, and to ensure a complete and accurate count of all communities based on guidance from federal, state and local health authorities. Although the country is experiencing this pandemic, the 2020 Census is still being conducted. This meeting will gather religious leaders, who reach several people through their congregations, to share important information about the Census during the current conditions.
